Mr. Wright:
The following revisions have been made by the owner MTAP Investments, LLC to the
approved site plan for Goodwill Mill Creek, SDP 2014 00051 as we discussed:
1. We have deleted the zig zag curb along the Avon Street perimeter wall parking bay
and will replace with parking blocks for each of the eight spaces. This change is required
because the area behind the approved curbs is asphalt and the "free standing curbs"
would not stand up to traffic.
2. We will replace the landscape approved 4 Zelkova 2 -1/2" caliper trees with 4 Ginko
2 -1/2" caliper trees.
3. We will replace the 9 Redbud 6 -7' height trees with 9 Redbud 3'+/- trees due to the
presence of rock limiting the depth of planting hole.
I have attached the email memo from Margaret regarding her approval to the
replacement trees.

Bob,
The changes you mentioned seem OK, if the Ginko are planted at the approved Zelkova size. However, these
changes need to be documented in a Letter of Revision (LOR). Here is a link to the application form:

Three LORs are allowed before an amendment is required, so you may want to look ahead and see if there is
anything else that should be included in the LOR at this time.

Good Morning Margaret, welcome back.
Hope Bermuda was everything I made it out to be!
Attached is a blow up of the Goodwill Mill Creek Landscape Plan.
The redbud I shaded on the Avon Street side of the site are located in a slope that is all rock that we exposed
during the installation of the perimeter wall. I feel there will be issues planting the 6 -7'
height specimen in this location and request the height be 3-4' to allow propagation.
I also would like to change the Zelkova to Ginko for a better aesthetic look.
Let me know if both of these requests are acceptable.
