Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval is for two drive-through windows and drive-through automatic teller machine only. additional drive-through facilities require a special use permit petition; one Any separate 2. Site development shall be in general accordance with the Crestar Bank Preliminary site Plan included as Attachment C initialed WOF and dated April 15, 1991; 3.
