Ridgwell Rt. 3, Box 56 Tyro, VA 22976 RE: SP-91-19 Wi1liam & Mary Ridgwell Tax Map 61-M, Section 12, Parcels 1 and 1H CORRECTED ACREAGE Dear Mr. & Mrs. Ridgwell: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on July 3, 1991, approved the above-noted request an exterior garden display area on 2.78 acres zoned C-1, Commercial. Property located in the Entrance Corridor Overlay district on the southwest corner of the intersection of Rt. 29 and Dominion Drive. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1) outdoor storage of items shall be in general accord with sketch plan dated June 4, 1991, initialled Y.L., in terms of items and their location. Containers shall be noted as "planting pots and urns." The garden display area on Parcel 1 shall be noted; 2) No banners, spinners, flyers, pennants, floats, tinsels or other attention getting devices shall be allowed; 3) Any expansion of storage shall require additional review; 4) Maintenance trimming of vegetation to obtain minimum sight distance to the satisfaction of Virginia Department of Transportation; 5) Fire official approval; e e William D. & Mary E. Ridgwell Page 2 July 18, 1991 6) All herbicides, pesticides, fertilizer, and any other hazardous material shall be stored in the building in water-tight containers and located ten inches above the finished floor of the building; 7) Staff approval of easement agreement to allow off-site parking; 8) Architectural Review Board issuance of a certificate of Appropriateness for new structure and landscape plan.
