Dear Scott and Graham,
This letter is to provide you with a formal Certificate of Appropriateness for the above - referenced project. The
revisions to the site plan emailed to me on August 13, 2015 resolved the outstanding conditions of ARB
apprpoval and I was able to sign off on the final site plan.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review, will
be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on
the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved
design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the
Architectural Review Board.
Please note that Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is
valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is valid for 3
years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in writing. The letter must be
received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date.
