1. This plat has been prepared without the benefit of a current title report and therefore may not reflect all easements and
encumbrances upon the properties shown hereon.
2. This plat is based upon a current field survey conducted under my direct control and supervision.
3. This survey has been conducted for the Trustees of the Crozet Baptist Church.
4. A complete boundary survey was performed for each subject parcel in compliance with regulations set forth in 18VAC10 -20 -370.
5. Both subject parcels are located within Zone X (unshaded) on FEMA NFIP Community Map Panel No. 51003CO229D, effective
February 4, 2005, Zone X (unshaded) represents areas outside of the 0.2% annual chance floodplain (500 year flood) and is not
considered a Special Flood Hazard Zone.
6. Parcel 056A1 -01 -00 -10000 physical address: 5821 Saint George Avenue, Crozet, Virginia, 22932 -3002
7. Parcel 056A1 -01 -00 -101 AO and the residue of Parcel 056A1 -01 -00 -10000 each contain a building site that complies with section

8. No places of burial were observed during this survey.
9. Both subject parcels are located within the Beaver Creek Reservoir water supply watershed.
