Subject: Clarification to my Letter of Determination of November 24, 2014
This memo is to clarify that I based my November 24, 2014 determination letter on specific floor area use
breakdowns contained in the submittal letter from Jo Higgins, dated October 8, 2014 Please note that the
parking reduction approval from 15 required to 14 allowed spaces on site was based on the site/building
calculations as follows (from page 2 of the October 8, 2014 cover letter):
-580.75 sq. ft. seating area inside 7.54 spaces
-585.00 sq. ft. retail area 4.68 spaces
-249.50 sq. ft. of seating area outside 3.24 spaces
TOTAL 15.46 spaces, rounded to 15 required (reduction to 14
as approved in 11/24/2014 letter)
