For ease of review and consistency, show all improvements on one plan sheet if possible. RESPONSE: This has been done. SEE ATTACHED 2. Clarify the dimensions of the ramp on the west side (front) of building C and make this consistent on all documents.The letter and one sheet list it as 15x50.The E&S sheet shows it as 10x48 feet. RESPONSE: The porch/dock is 15ft wide and 50 ft long. So noted on attachment. The ramp up to the dock is loft wide and 48ft long. So noted on the attachment. Dock and ramp are concrete with metal handrails. 3. The ramp location and dimensions on the north side of building C are still not clear. Provide more information about proposed ramp (materials, dimensions, etc.) RESPONSE: The bldg middle level has a door on the north end. As shown on the attachment which was the sheet approved as SWPPP,there is a 12ft wide driveway to that door. Surface material is asphalt. This is noted on the attachment. 4. Are trees going to be removed with the relocation of the fuel tanks pad? If so, show where trees will be relocated. RESPONSE: Please see below on second page. Pasted portion of existing approved site plan showing the trees in this area. No change to number of trees and no change to type of trees. 5. Provide width of proposed parking spaces. &Comment from Jay S. RESPONSE:There are 3 existing parking spaces in front of the self storage office. 2 spaces are 10' x 18' and 1 space is 8' wide with 8' blocked out to meet ADA. 6. Engineering and Building Inspections reviews of the LOR are still pending. There are a total of 11 buildings shown and 9 of the 11 are existing. At present, the two buildings that are not yet built are Bldg A and Bldg C. Attached is a copy of ES — 1.0 which shows the entire site with A and C highlighted in red. Per meeting with Francis McCall, the details to adapt Bldg C access which was not detailed on the site plan are addressed in this LOR. A Partial copy of Sheet C.20 is attached to show the features necessary to adapt Bldg C to the site. In addition, a couple minor items are listed that are existing and necessary as explained below. Items Noted on the attachment #1 - #4 as follows: #1 — Building entrances - 5 door locations shown. There are 2 upper level doors. The main door which faces the main office bldg will have a 15'x50\ dock with ramp. A secondary door on same side to have a stoop (required by code). The mid level will have one door at the end of the bldg with a ramp to access this door. The lower level will have 2 doors as shown along the backside of the bldg. #2 — Landscaping — The gum tree was in conflict with overhead electric lines. The power company needed to raise the overhead lines that dragged the top of a truck so the gum tree was removed. It will be replanted outside the utilities easement on the other side of the travelway. A gum tree and two pine trees had also grown into the power lines — due to age and poor condition (after limbs were hacked off for clearance) —these trees were cut down. Each will be replanted as shown. The exact number and type of trees will be replanted. #3 - Above ground fuel tank pad — The existing (2) fuel tanks are located on a concrete pad. To better protect the fuel tanks and separate from travel way — the existing pad will become part of the travelway and a 10' x 15' concrete pad will be placed behind the existing pad also behind the curb. #4 - ADA parking at Mini-Storage office — 3 parking spaces have been added at the front door of the mini-storage office. One (1) ADA parking space, one (1) space for the mgr apartment, and one(1) customer space. If you have any questions, please contact me at 434-326-0334.
