Mr. Breeden,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of revision
proposes the following changes as shown on the attached exhibit:
1. Addition of an 18 -inch thick by 30 -foot long retaining wall at the NW corner of the (new) front parking lot,
to mitigate the steep slope, and the placement of concrete wheel blocks at the far -end of the three (3)
parking spaces (to protect the retaining wall). The visible height of the wall varies from roughly 0.7 -feet to
2 -feet across the length of the wall (plus the non - visible embedment below grade).
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the first (2 "d) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Application for Letter of Revision (No. 2)
To Whom It May Concern:
This request letter serves as a summary of proposed changes to Minor Site Plan Amendment SDP 2015-
00011 to indicate proposed changes to the site plan (as noted on the attached excerpt from the approved
site plan):
1. Addition of an 18 -inch thick by 30 -foot long retaining wall at the NW corner of the (new) front
parking lot, to mitigate the steep slope, and the placement of concrete wheel blocks at the far -end of the
three (3) parking spaces (to protect the retaining wall). The visible height of the wall varies from roughly
0.7 -feet to 2 -feet across the length of the wall (plus the non - visible embedment below grade).
This solution is proposed in order to achieve final (construction) site plan approval with regards to the
steep slope that currently exceeds the County's requirements (as inspected and identified by Mark
Hopkins).
