Proposed modifications include a new pre- engineered metal canopy located at the existing Odor Control Facility(North),a pre-engineered metal canopy located at the new Odor Control Facility(South),and a new Grit Removal Structure. All new construction will be located on the existing site within the property boundaries. The Grit Removal Equipment Structure will be constructed on the roof of the Grit Pump Building. The structure will be approximately 14.5 ft x 25.5 ft x 19 ft tall. The exterior of the structure will be brick, Glen Gery"Richmond"extruded. The roof will be standing aluminum seam,color dark bronze. A translucent(kalwall)wall panel will be located on the north elevation of the structure to allow for future access into the structure to replace equipment and to provide natural lighting. Steel double doors will be provided on the south elevation for access and a louver and vent provided on the eastern and western elevations, respectively.
