This is the final LOR permitted on this plan before a minor amendment will be required to consolidate all the
previous LORs and any additional changes the applicant may seek to the current final site plan on the project.
Staff is permitting this LOR because LOR 1 was an unorthodox type of LOR meant to correct an apparent error
in the signing of the final site plan. Planning comments on the LOR are provided below:
1. [32.5.2 n] Proposed improvements. What material will the fencing be made of? How tall will it be? On sheet
S2 please provide this information.
Typically fences surrounding a playground shall measure a minimum of 4 foot tall. Based on this features
location as well as the Code of Development it is suggested that the fence material be either white vinyl or
wood painted white.
2. [32.5.2 n] Proposed improvements. As depicted on the plan the fence is completely enclosed. On sheet S2
please depict where the entrance /gate to the playground will be located. As discussed onsite with the developer
staff feels it is appropriate to locate it in the area between the two benches fronting the through road. Please
revise plans appropriately.
3. [32.5.2 n] Proposed improvements. The summary of this LORs' proposed revisions lists the playground
equipment as being revised with this LOR; however, there are no details other than it being "Custom Specific"
On sheet S2 please provide at a minimum a note on the plans which described what Zoning recently approved
for this play equipment. For example: Custom Specific equipment containing - 1 slide, 2 climbers, 2
benches ... etc
4. Comments (if any) are pending from Zoning and Building Inspections (once completed by the reviewer they
will be provided to the applicant).
