The ARB took the following actions: Regarding the visibility of the monopole The Board, by a vote of 3:0, forwarded the following recommendation to the agent: Given the extent of the existing negative impact, the proposed monopole and antennas are not expected to significantly increase visibility of the facility or its negative impact. Regarding the Certificate of A ro riateness for the round a ui ment and base station: The Board by a vote of 3:0 approved the application pending staff administrative approval of the following conditions: 1. Coordinate the notes on Sheets C1 and S1 regarding the height and materials of the screening fence. PVC shall not be used for the screening fence. 2. Provide robust landscaping around the edge of the grassy knoll to screen views of the equipment from the ECs. A staggered, mixed deciduous and evergreen planting would be appropriate. 3. Fence height shall be 8'. Please provide: 1. Two full sets of revised drawings addressing each of these conditions. Include revision dates on each drawing. 2. A memo including detailed responses indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If changes other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also. Highlighting the changes in the drawing with "clouding" or by other means will facilitate review and approval. 3. The attached "Revised Application Submittal" form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure proper tracking and distribution. When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
