We have examined our records with respect to mat certain parcel of real property located in
Albemarle County, Virginia (hereinafter, the "Properties"). On behalf of the Zoning Administrator
for Albemarle County, I hereby certify the following information:
1. The Properties are currently zoned Residential -R-1 (Chapter 18, Section 13 of the
Zoning Ordinance) and are located in the Entrance Corridor (EC), Scenic Byways (SC),
Managed Slopes and Steep Slopes Overlay Districts(Chapter 18, Section 30). Those

2. The Properties are not subject to proffers or a code of development.
3. The Properties are subject to SUB2015-66, approved 5128115.
3. There no known violations, exceptions, variance or nonconforming uses on the subject
