SUB - 2015 -157 Glenmore- Easement Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(5)] Public easements. State "dedicated to public use" for the
additional ACSA easement.
2. [14- 302(B)(5)] Zoning information. Provide the ZMA number in the notes -
ZMA2006 -16.
3. [14- 303(A] Statement of consent to division. Provide this statement above
signature and notary panels for owner's: "The platting or dedication of the
following described land [insert legal description here, ie TMP] is with the free
consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners,
proprietors and trustees, if any"
4. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Provide a signature panel for each owner and for
the agent of the Board of Supervisors. Owner's signature panel should be
located immediately below statement from Comment #3.
5. [14- 303(N)] Notary panels. Provide a notary panel to acknowledge the signature
of the owner.
