Per a phone call from Steve Driver today (9- 1 -15), he plans to resubmit a revised final plat under
single cover which plats phase 1 and 2, and the Cascadia Connector. Once it is received we will
review it.

I asked Steve today to use the wording from your email. That wording was not included in the batch
had delivered to you last week. It will be included in the one Steve is working on now.

Tony,
I just read the email you sent out at 3:43pm stating the final plat for sections 1 and 2 will be submitted
to the County in 2 or 3 days by Steve Driver ... I want to make sure you are on the same page as
everyone else. We have already received a submittal of 2 final plat from Steve as of 8- 24 -15;
however, it was not properly submitted. See my email from 8 -27 -15 below in which I am seeking
guidance from you on how to proceed. Please respond to that email. If you already read that email
and have directed Steve to properly resubmit w/ the required notes you mentioned in your email,
please let me know.

SUB2015 -148 Fontana Sections 1 & 2
I wanted to contact you about the above referenced plats, which were submitted on 8- 24 -15. In this
email I am providing you general guidance to help you properly submit the application, as currently it
is not properly submitted, the following email is not a review, nor should it be taken as such.
As submitted the above application provides two final plats: Section 1 final plat and Section 2 final
plat, both under separate covers. To continue with these two sections under separate final plats
would require a separate application and subdivision review fee for one of the two sections. If you
would like to move forward in this direction please provide an additional application for section 1 and
a $1,000 review fee. Please give me a call if you have any questions (434.296.5832 ext. 3443).

If you do not intend to move forward as discussed above, staff can review the two sections as a
single final plat to cover both Section 1 and Section 2. Please note if this is how you would like to
proceed the review comments will include comments which require the two sections to be combined
into a single plat (under one cover sheet). If I do not hear from either of you by September 2"d
COB I will process the current submittal under this option.
Please note that Section 3 has been completely omitted from either of the two final plats submitted;
however, as previously discussed the Cascadia Connector is required to be platted prior to approval
of any Section in Fontana 4C. This will surely be a comment on the final plats which have been
submitted.
