We have examined our records with respect to that certain parcel of real property located in
Albemarle County, Virginia (hereinafter, the "Properties"). On behalf of the Zoning Administrator
for Albemarle County, I hereby certify the following information:
The Property is currently zoned Heavy Industrial (HI) (Chapter 18, Sections 26 and 28 of
the Zoning Ordinance). Those documents can be found at the following link:

2. The Property contains several storage buildings containing warehousing and a brewery
which are permitted uses.
3. The Properties are not subject to proffers or a code of development.
4. There no known violations, exceptions, variances uses on the subject Properties
however the property is legally nonconforming due to setbacks.
