Charles St., 181' Floor Baltimore, MD 21201 RE: ARB- 2015 -122: AT &T Wireless Dear Pedro, I have reviewed the above - referenced application for a county -wide Certificate of Appropriateness. Your proposal meets all of the design criteria outlined by the Architectural Review Board for this type of Certificate. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed for review, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment to the plan and a new application. Please note the following: I . This application is approved with the condition that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the Entrance Corridor. 2. The materials and colors of the proposed work shall match the materials and colors previously approved for the shopping center renovation. 3. The AT &T sign shown in the proposed drawings is not approved. A separate sign application is required for all wall and freestanding signs. The size of the sign illustrated in the drawings appears over - scaled for the available space. A significant reduction in size will be needed to acquire ARB approval for the sign. 4. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is valid for 3 years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in writing. The letter must be received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date. If you have any questions concerning any of the above, please feel free to call me. Sincerely, ItAV Margaret Maliszewski Principal Planner cc: ARB- 2015 -111
