This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of revision
proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plans (Sheet C -3.0 dated 9- 29 -15; Exhibits A and B
dated 10 -7 -15; Sheet C -2.0 dated 10- 9 -15):
1. Removal of six (6) pine trees that are in poor health /dying and replacing them with additional White Fringe
trees.
2. Revise pavement markings and signage to define a one -way traffic pattern.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the second (2nd) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
