The applicant proposes private well and septic. No water flow or pressure issues will affect this proposal.

Red flags" regarding service provision (Use attachments if necessary)
Currently there is a 2" water meter and vault located on the northern corner of the property. This meter
serves 1296 Clifton Inn Drive. The proposed development will impact the private side of the water
service. The ACSA will allow a water main extension to provide a fire hydrant at the entrance to this
proposed site. As part of the water main extension, the applicant shall relocate the Clifton Inn meter to the
end of the new water main. A vault upgrade for the existing water meter may be required. The ACSA will
inspect the existing vault to determine its condition. The water main extension will require a construction
review submittal (3 sets of plans along with a water data sheet) to the ACSA during the final site plan
stage.
