not been reviewed.

Private easements/Public easements/Public utility, drainage and
sight distance easements. If all easements are shown, remove the
note that"some easements other than those shown hereon may
exist." If not, show all easements. Alternatively, revise this note to
indicate that all easements to the best of the knowledge of the
licensed professional are shown.

3. [14-302(B)5] Zoning classification. The zoning classification of the property,
including all applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use
permits and variances. Add Entrance Corridors under Zoning.
