The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
Planning
1. [Section 14-302(A)(10)] On Sheet 1, please
revise Note 6 regarding development rights.
According to the 1979 Tax Map, the area
identified on the proposed plat as "Part 1" and
"Part 2" is recognized as just one parcel (shown
on the map as Parcel 31 - - see right).
Therefore, please revise the note to indicate that
Parcel 31 contains 5 development rights and
may be further divided and when divided shall
not comprise more than 21.7 acres within its
original 1980 boundaries.
Please also indicate that Parcel 31D contains 1
development right and may not be further
divided and when utilized must be within the 2.5
acres of its original 1980 boundaries.

2. [Section 14-302(B)(7)] On Sheet 1, please note these properties "lie within a water supply protection area.
Specifically, they are located in the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir water supply watershed." Please also note that
they are located in the "Moorman's River agricultural -forestal district."
