RE: Letter of Revision (LOR) # 4 for SDP - 2007 -111 Revised Final Site Plan of Haden

Dear Sir,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated September 10, 2015.
The Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the
improvements described in the letter and shown on the attached sheet S2 dated October
19, 2015.
The current proposal modifies the previously approved site plan by relocating the
playground to Open Space C from its last location of Open Space D, before that it was
previously located in Open Space E. The proposal also provides a four (4) foot rail board
white vinyl PVC fence around the playground area. The proposal also revises the
playground equipment to be custom specific which will include 1 slide, 2 climbers, 2
activity stations, and two benches.
This is the fourth and final LOR permitted on this plan before a site plan amendment will
be required to consolidate all the previous LORs and any additional qualifying
modifications. Staff is permitting this LOR because the 1" LOR was an unorthodox type
of L OR.
