TOPO & SURVEY TOPOGRAPHY AND BOUNDARY PROVIDED BY LICENSED LAND SURVEYOR AT COMMONWEALTH LAND
SURVEYING IN FEBRUARY OF 2014. THE SITE WAS FIELD VERIFIED ON MARCH 5, 2014 BY COLLINS
ENGINEERING. TWO BENCHMARKS ARE SHOWN ON THE EXISTING CONDITIONS SHEET, BOTH OF WHICH ARE
