DURING THE INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES TO SUPPORT THE PROJECT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN SERVICE TO NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES. DAMAGE TO LINES OR INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ENGINEER.
