Your comment as contained in your March 24, 2015 Memorandum is attached above. As based on the meeting engineering staff would permit the"indentation" pullout to remain provided that it was stripped as no parking and equipped with a no parking sign per the attachment above. Being it's clear the intent is to utilize it as temporary parking or some type of parking or loading area it needs to meet the requirements of the ordinance. I believe you need to either call it a"loading area" and meet the loading area standards defined in section 4. Or you could utilize it as a"standard parallel parking space" and meet those requirements in section 4 to include the size of 9' wide and 20' long Also,please assure you address engineering's comments with regard to the sp�e-s, as it appears they had comments pertaining to this area too, specifically with regard to slope. ✓ ijs-E.sse�.�' Chr istopher P.
