• The Property is located in the County of Albemarle, zoned Planned Residential
Development (PRD). The parcel is subject of ZMA 1990-009, approved by the Board of
Supervlsom on October 12, 1990. This approval allowed for a maximum of 360 units with
conditions. The property Is subject to the Entrance Corridor CECT, the Airport Impact Area
CAIN') and Steep Slopes Overlay Distrlcts.
• Multifamily dwellingslapartments is a permitted use in the PRD zoning district.
• The Property has been developed per the following site plans; SDP1993-00072 approved
on October 14, 1993, and amended with various site plans the last one being SDP 2008-
00103
00&00103 approved on July 9, 2008.
• To our knowledge the Property is not subject to any special permit or variance.
• To our knowledge there are no open or unresolved zoning or building code violations for the
Property, nor any proceedings, pending or threatened, to revoke, rescind, alter, or declare
invalid any laws, ordinances, codes, approvals, permits or certificates applicable to or
Issued in connection with the Property by the County.
• Copies of any approved site plans, certificates of occupancy or other documents may be
