In response to your request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above referenced
Property, please be advised of the fallowing for Parcel ID Number 07700-00-00-04600, (the

• The Property is located in the County of Albemarle, zoned Planned Residential
Development (PRD). The parcel is subject of ZMA '1990-009, approved by the Board of
Supervisors on October 12, IND. This approval allowed for a maximum of 360 units with
conditions. The property is subject to the Entrance Corridor ("EC"}, the Airport Impact Area
("AIA") and Steep Slopes Overlay Districts.
• Multifamily dwellingstapartments is a permitted use in the PRD zoning district.
• The Property has been developed per the following site plans: SDP1996-00036 approved
on May 2, 1996, and amended with SDP1996-00087 approved on August 9, 1996.
• To our knowledge the Properly is not subject to any special permit or variance.
• To our knowledge there are no open or unresolved zoning or building code violations for the
Property, nor any proceedings, pending or threatened, to revoke, rescind, alter, or declare
Invalid any laws, ordinances, codes, approvals, permits or oertMoates applicable to or
Issued in connection with the Property by the County.
• Copies of any approved site plans, certificates of oocupancy or other documents may be
obtained from this office with a request through the department's Records Manager, Paul
