We have been working with Michelle over the past couple of weeks on an alternate to the branch-type turn-around, and I think we have something that will work for us, and I think engineering is acceptable with it as well. I wanted to take one last minute and circulate this pdf to make sure it addresses the turn-around issue and parking issue for the project, so we can resubmit the minor site plan amendment and get it wrapped up. For the parking in phase II, each lot will have one garage space and room for 2 cars in the driveway, however, we will only be counting this as 2 spaces total. We are also showing the conversation of the 3 parallel spaces into 6 parking spaces, which was part of the Avinity II rezoning plan, just recently approved. The project is still in conformance with the parking calculations, but there really is more parking available with this Phase II minor amendment then there would have been with the parking lot design. In addition, with the Avinity II modifications coming shortly, there will be a lot more parking created on Avinity I, with the removal of the apartment complex and additional parking spaces being constructed. When you get a chance, can you let me know if these changes address the outlying comments on the plan. If so, I would like to submit the final plan for final review and approval. Thank you.
