Status update: This plat was ready to approve; however, the applicant wanted both plats approved at the
same time (SUB2013-148 & 168). Thus we waited for the required deed work to come in for SUB2014
-148, it never did. I contacted Rob 2 times and he said the owner is not submitting the deed work, time
passed and Rob said the ownership changed and the plat would need to be revised to provide correct
owner information and get new signatures. This plat sat for a long while, today I am withdrawing it due
to inactivity.
