If the refund is already done, I can just ask the applicant to write another check, but I thought I'd check with you first. Engineering has not yet completed their review but I will forward their comments as soon as I receive them. I also wanted to let you know that the refund you will receive for this will be$1460 from your original payment of $2150. Upon reviewing the plat more closely I realized that it contains an alteration of an existing private street and therefore should be processed as a subdivision following a final site plan approval which carries a fee of$690.This does not change the process for review, I just wanted to let you know the refund amount you will be receiving.
