RE- INSPECTION FEE: $250.00
By December 10, 2015 Albemarle County must receive the re- inspection fee of $250.00 to
continue your project. This fee is required per sections 17 -207 and 17 -208 of the County Code.
To pay the re- inspection fee, please send a check payable to the County of Albemarle to my
attention along with the enclosed copy of this invoice. If the re- inspection fee is not paid within
30 days, interest charges will be applied to the past due amount per the Albemarle County
Water Protection Ordinance. (Sec. 17 -210)

Erosion Control Violation
NOTICE TO COMPLY - Certified Mail -917199 9991 7030 7430 2819
Dear Mr. Kilmer:
Under Section 17 -900 of the Albemarle County Code, this is your NOTICE TO COMPLY with the
requirements of your Erosion Control Permit for the referenced project and to immediately take corrective
measures that address the erosion and sediment control deficiencies on the property. The specific
deficiencies and measures required to correct those deficiencies are as follows:
1) Deficiency: The diversion dike that channels runoff into the sediment trap has been breached and
the flow path obstructed. Complete copy of SWPPP permit and coverage letter not posted at job
site and SWPPP documents unavailable for inspection.
Reuuired Corrections: Repair diversion dike, clean flow path for positive drainage to the
sediment trap and apply seed and straw mulch to disturbed areas. SWPPP documents need
to be available if no one is on the job site. Provide a mail box are another structure for
documents.
Corrections and/or repairs must be completed on or before the end of the workday Friday, September 18,

The project will receive a re- inspection fee of $250.00, when we return to inspect the above noted items.
Should all items not be complete the project will be charged $250.00 for each re- inspection until the site
is in compliance.
