They appear to have sold a number of the parcels in Stonefield, including COSTCO and D2. Typically this is not a problem if the same operator and contractor are working the site, under one bond with the same responsible party. If they are proposing a different owner and contractors, with separate responsibility and bonds,they may need their own VSMP/SWPPP documents and operator. I want the bonds to match up with the persons responsible under the SWPPP. At Hollymead Town Center, I am requesting Area 4 to have their own VSMP/SWPPP documents and permit for this reason. So, this needs to be consistent. I have rejected this request 3 times. Christine Teneralli (my contact for Stonefield)told me that the new owner of parcel 23 is Christopher at Stonefield, LLC. She has provided a copy of the deed of sale (attached). I also checked in the clerks records and printed a copy of the deed listed in Exhibit A of the deed of sale (attached). I have requested signature information for Christopher at Stonefield, LLC. Per my conversations with Michelle,this request is to bond the rest of stonefield Block D2 area. Michelle also asked me to inform Christine Teneralli that they need to submit in the future a road plan application and later a request to calculate road bonds. Attached is a copy of the wpo bond amounts. Please note that the bond posted for the stockpile erosion and sediment control plan#is WPO-2014-00096 and the bond application #for the rest of the block D2 area also has the same wpo number. She also said that stonefield did not need a new VSMP permit. They already have one. Please confirm that the parcel purchased by the new owner(TMP 061w0-03-00-02300) indeed owns all of the areas of disturbance approved by Michelle and that you don't have any issues with the bond amounts. Once you approved these 2 items,the only thing that is left is the signature information. I will deliver the attachments to your office. Thank you Ana D.
