AL WATERLINES AND SANITARY SEWERLINES SHALL MAINTAIN A 10 FOOT HORIZONTAL SEPARATION OR, WHEN CROSSING, 18' VERTICAL CLEARANCE (OUTSIDE EDGE OF PIPE TO OUTSIDE EDGE OF PIPE) IN ACCORDANCE TO VIRGINIA HEALTH DEPARTMENT STANDARDS. 18. PROPOSED UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SUCH AS ELECTRIC, TELEPHONE, CABLE, AND GAS WHICH SERVE THIS FACILITY SHALL BE LOCATED WITH A MINIMUM 5 FOOT SEPARATION FROM PUBLIC WATERMAINS AND SANITARY SEWER. 19. ELECTRICAL POWER SHALL BE DERIVED FROM BUIDUNG ELECTRICAL PANELS TO GENERAL SITE LIGHTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE 20.
