The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the
Family Subdivision plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
[14- 302(B)] Tax Map Parcel Number. On the plat the residue parcel is listed as TMP 27 -39; however,
it was recently provided a new parcel number when Lot D was recorded in the Clerks Office. I
contacted the Real Estate Department and they verified that the residue parcel number was changed
and is now TMP 27 -39C. Also, when Lot D was recorded it was assigned a TMP, 27 -39CL Revise
the plat to accurately reflect the new TMPs for both lots, to include all notes and references
throughout the plat. Also, assure that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and the Affidavit
Verifying Family Relationship is revised to accurately reflect the correct TMP of the residue parcel.
2. [14- 302(B)(1)] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the last
revision on the plat.
3. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Prior to final plat approval provide verification
from VDOT that the existing entrance onto State Route 674 continues to comply with their standards.
4. [14 -309 & 14 -3101 Soil evaluations; Health Director Approval of wells and septic systems. The soil
work for the proposal was sent to the Health Department and is pending a review. Health Director
approval is required prior to final plat approval.
