Perez, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: November 23, 2015 Subject: SUB201500199 Grace Episcopal Church — Easement plat Fax 434 - 972 -4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Easement Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning Classification. On the plat provide a note that lists this easement as being provided to meet Condition #10 of SP2015 -7 All Saints Chapel which is located on TMP 48 -16. 2. [14- 302(B)1] General information. The sheet numbers on the plat are in error. Currently they read "Sheet 1 of 2" and "Sheet 2 of 3 ". Revise. 3. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. On the plat provide the acreage of TMP 48 -19E. 4. [14- 302(B)1] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the last revision on the plat. 5. [Comment] The plat was sent to VDOT for review. Comments to be forwarded to the applicant once received. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14- 229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
