They will be removing all existing shrubs and planting new Boxwood shrubs with the intent of trimming them back as needed. Please review the attached pdf as I have added further details for landscaping and lighting plan. Let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thanks, Justin Gaydos , ) ;'' 1144 E. I understand Stewart contacted you about the proposed light fixture and you provided a revised sets of drawings with the new fixture; please provide a full-size copy of any revised drawings (the copy I received is 8.5x11 and I can't read much of the text). (Emailed PDF is fine) 2. Provide a landscape plan with the following: • Clearly show the sign and light fixture locations. • Show the locations and species of existing plants that will remain. • Add additional plants to integrate the sign into the overall landscape. • Add low evergreen shrubs around the sign base to help screen the poles. • Add low evergreen shrubs around the proposed light fixtures to shield them from view. • Provide the species and size of all proposed plantings(18"-24" at planting is the minimum requirement). 3. Since LED lighting is now proposed, please add the following note to the drawing, "The level of illumination provided by the LED lights will not exceed the illumination produced by a single stroke of 30 milliamp(ma)neon." 1
