Subject: SUB 201500201 Scuffletown LLC & James River Farm LLC — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(10)] Is an additional development right being added to TMP 136 -9 from TMP 136 -9H? From
the plat in DB 4030 P 664 it appears both lots have one development right. If so, amend note 4 to
include the additional development right and acreage from TMP 136 -91-1.
2. [14- 302(8)(7)] Revise note 7 to also state the property is not within a water supply watershed.
3. [14- 303(0)] Include a signature panel and statement of consent to division for James River Farm LLC.
