We have reviewed the Rivanna Village Construction Traffic Management (CTM) Plan which is required by Proffer #10 from ZMA2013 -12 Rivanna Village and its attachments and suggest the following: • Throughout construction of the town homes on Aspen Drive (name of road ?), that construction traffic cleaning station also be located just before the exit of Aspen Drive ( ?) • Traffic on Aspen Drive be one -way, entering Aspen from the cul de sac of Glenmore Way and exiting on Glenmore Way just south of Steamer (which will later be rework to be Main Street). I have reviewed these recommendations with VORCAC Chairman, Dennis Odinov, who indicates that the VORCAC is in complete agreement with these plans. Mr. Odinov has also discussed these recommendations with Mr. Boniniti and he agrees to these changes. Thank you for the time and effort you and your staff dedicate to this important development in eastern Albemarle and its impact on Glenmore and its 2000+ residents. Best, Nancy Gansneder Nancy J. H.
