We are in receipt of an easement agreement between the owners which will allow grading on the adjacent property. -Additional changes will extend the sewer system between units which has been approved by ACSA. -Finally, there are several utility conflicts that are addressed. This is the 1st Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. Sincerely, kif Sarah D Baldwi Senior Planner Attachments: Letter of Revision dated September 10, 2015 Stonefield Block D2 Final Site Plan, dated November 14, 2014, Revision 5-September 10, 2015 W ENGINEERS SURVEYORS PLANNERS ASSOCIATES September 10,2015 Sarah Baldwin, Senior Planner County of Albemarle Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, Virginia 22902 Re: Letter of Revision Stonefield Blocks D2 Final Site Plan SDP-2014-00070 WWA Project No. 215054.03 Dear Ms. Baldwin: This letter will serve as a Letter of Revision #1 to the "Stonefield Block D2 Final Site Plan" dated November 14, 2014, revision 4, June 22, 2015. The purpose of this revision is to primarily show the adjustments to the grading adjacent to the commercial property to the west, The Village Green, so that the wall height is reduced significantly. The two owners have an agreement to allow grading onto the adjacent property for this purpose. See attached documents. The yard drains have been coordinated with the plans as well for buildings along the south and western edge of the property. The sanitary sewer system has been extended between units 21 and 22 to collect the waste from The Village Green. In addition there have been several utility conflicts that are being addressed. The first is the Dominion Virginia Power, DVP, switch that is located at the intersection of Hydraulic and Inglewood. The switch was designed to be raised during construction to meet the proposed grades. DVP is reluctant to do so and has agreed to the addition of a wall so that the grades can remain around the switch area. Additional drainage structures have been added to accommodate this change. The other utility conflict is with the DVP concrete duct-bank that runs along Inglewood Drive. Proposed storm and water lines have been adjusted to avoid the existing duct- bank.
