information. For those of you that don't want to use Bluebeam, you can access the file on laserfiche using the link in the

MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: White Hall
TAX MAP /PARCEL: 03200 -00 -00 -01000
LOCATION: At the intersection of Airport Road [649] and Dickerson Road [606], approximately .75 miles from the
intersection with Seminole Trail [Route 29].
PROPOSAL: Request for approval of a major site plan amendment to add an 18,000 SF hangar at Charlottesville
Albemarle Airport. The proposal includes associated utility relocations /extensions, grading and erosion control.
ZONING: RA -Rural Areas - agricultural, forestal, and fishery uses; residential density (0.5 unit /acre in development lots).
ENTRANCE CORRIDOR: Yes
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Hollymead — Places 29: Airport District — airport - related commercial and office uses.
