Please Add these Notes to CO. 1 /Title sheet — please display prominently:
1. Ref. WP0201500006 for Fontana Phase 4C Section 2 SWM detail, and Sec. 1 & 2: ESC detail, Notes, typical
details, and Cascadia Connector /Lot A details.
2. Reference the following WP0201500006 plan sheets for design details: C0.2, C2.0, C363.0, C3.4, C3.6, C4.0,
C5.3, C6.0, C6.1, C6.3, C6.4, C6.5, C6.6, C6.7.
3. Details of design on VSMP Plan sheets listed at CO. 1Note 2. are virtually unchanged with Amended Plan
designed to allow Section 1 to proceed independently.
4. Suggested Construction Sequence, C6.3, WP0201500006, is revised with WP0201500006 Amended in that
Section 1 will be constructed prior to Section 2.
5. WP0201500006 Amended provides Phase 4C Section 1 water quantity detention system. Sec. 1 pipe detention
system, if replaced by WP0201500006 Sec. 2 bonded bioretention facility, need not be built.
6. WP0201500006 Amended provides offsite nutrient credit (via SWM bond) to satisfy water quality
requirements. Offsite nutrient credit is not required once WP0201500006 Sec. 2 bioretention facility is bonded.
7. Section 2 VSMP design approved with WP0201500006 provides SWM control for Section 1. To allow Section 1
and Lot A ( Cascadia Connector) to proceed without bonding Section 2, Plan Amendment is necessary.
8. Section 1 and Lot A/Cascadia Connector ESC and SWM design (ref. WP0201500006) will be bonded with
VSMP WP0201500006 Amended prior to Fontana Phase 4C Section 1 and Lot A Final Plat approval.
In addition, please provide profile of 90 -LF 60" DIA detention system (show elevation, Ex. /proposed grade. Label DIA,
L, etc.).
Please ensure horizontal compression does not exceed 5:1. That is: if vertical scale is 1" =5' then max. horizontal scale is
1" =25'.
Also: please revise label, C3.0, to read: permanent stormwater management facility easement. ( -ref 26 Oct 2015 Asst.
County Attorney guidance — Attached)
Adding Notes to CO.1 that make reference to purpose of WP0201500006 Amended as well as reference to details at
WP0201500006 should see us through.

Here's the two -sheet WPO plan amendment requested to reduce bonds. It's expected that this detention pipe will not
be built and that Phase 2 construction will commence following Phase 1 construction.
