Please review and let me know if you have any questions. If everything looks in line and it is approved please let me know so that I can have them begin production on the signage. We will need the background of the Urgent Care sign to be opaque, so that only the letters light up at night. Could you have the sign drawing revised to include a note to that effect? Do you intend for the red background of the "Urgent Care" sign to illuminate? We do intend to have the Urgent Care sign light up. If we are unable to do this we have an option from the signage company to make it so that through the day it is opaque and at night only the Urgent Care lettering is white and the sign does not light up. 2. The cross sections show a "cloud pan" behind the channel letters. The cloud pan does not show up in the elevation view of the sign or the elevations of the signs on the building. I expect this will look like a backer panel, which is typically not approvable. Can the sign be revised to the original method of attachment? Letters mounted on a raceway (with the raceway color matching the wall color) or letters mounted directly to the wall are approvable. Usually our marketing department does not approve of the raceway mounted lettering. I have attached an example of a separate location that we have done the same backer we are intending to do here. If this is not approved then I will readdress with our marketing department and let them know of the two options that we do have available. Please let me know if they need to do anything on their end in regards to re-submitting for a signage permit. We are no longer looking to move forward with the tower option.
