I can ask the board at their next meeting if they'd be OK with me handling it administratively, based on this drawing. The ARB meets next on September 8. Would you like to me to ask them? Are the materials and colors consistent with the approved design? From: Pedro Sales [mailto:pedros@bctarchitects.com] Sent:Thursday, September 03, 2015 4:31 PM To: Margaret Maliszewski<MMaliszewski @albemarle.org> Subject:Shoppers World (29th Place)-AT&T Margaret—Enclosed please find what we are proposing for the entrance feature for AT&T. We are proposing to use a variation of the design language we have previously established in the staples table (but in a smaller form factor for AT&T). Let us know if you think this will require a full ARB submittal, or if it can be done as an administrative act. Please feel free to call me at the number below or on my mobile (443) 995-7117. It does sounds like we will be reviewed at an administrative level—but she does want the input and approval from the board. So essentially she wants the board to review/vote, but we don't have to go through the whole presentation/hearing process. I'll get the forms downloaded tomorrow and start filling everything out. I believe there is a fee that has to accompany the application. I will let you know the details of the fee once I dig into it a little bit. Thank you, Pedro M.
