J.T., Thanks for checking in. I reminded the attorney of the timeline about 2 days ago; he said he would get the deed to me to deliver to Mr. Arroyo and his wife. I think he now understands the issue and is [hopefully] ready to sign. His English is not great and my guess he has had reason to mistrust. I think the date was near the first of March and € was planning to give it another week before I asked for an extension. I have an ALTA plat for the woodmill from this spring that calls the road "Variable Width". Your map shows 40' for the Yates-Burton plat. JT, I met you last week to ask about 2 projects I'm working on. One is a boundary line adjustment on Plank Road. I have included 2 options that I am trying to advise my clients about. Option A provides a single line for the new adjusted boundary but it places the line near an outbuilding. What is the accessory building setback? Option B is their suggestion and it does provide greater separation for those same outbuildings. This is not a submittal;this is a request for information to better advise my clients.
