J.T., Thanks for checking in. I reminded the attorney of the timeline about 2 days ago; he said he would get the deed to me to deliver to Mr. Arroyo and his wife. I think he now understands the issue and is [hopefully] ready to sign. His English is not great and my guess he has had reason to mistrust. I think the date was near the first of March and € was planning to give it another week before I asked for an extension. I think I would ask for a 3 or 4 month extension and figure if we can't work it out, I would just give up. 1 Ntaw, Now' Is there a formal process? Thanks for your help. David David L. As a heads up,the deadline to submit the plat for signature (under Section 14-229) is March 5th 2015. If we approach that deadline without a decision,then I can provide additional time but I need you to ask for a deferral of a specific length (up to six months). I have a copy of the signed Burton/Yates—BLA plat, but for some reason cannot find our copy of this one. Can you refresh my memory on this project? Thanks;there is no color indicator shown for the road near North Garden; I have a call to VDOT and perhaps they can help. I have an ALTA plat for the woodmill from this spring that calls the road "Variable Width". Your map shows 40' for the Yates-Burton plat. In both cases we have 25'from the centerline, based on previous plats, which is what I had indicated. 4 I will keep after VDOT, but this may be as�`wclose as I can get. wive Thanks for the help. JT, I met you last week to ask about 2 projects I'm working on. One is a boundary line adjustment on Plank Road. I have included 2 options that I am trying to advise my clients about. Option A provides a single line for the new adjusted boundary but it places the line near an outbuilding. What is the accessory building setback? Option B is their suggestion and it does provide greater separation for those same outbuildings. This is not a submittal;this is a request for information to better advise my clients.
