Hi Brian,
Below are comments on the Holden—Rural Division application:
1. [Section 14-303(A)] Please clarify the reference to "Parcel B" in the statement of consent to division. Does
"Parcel B" refer to Parcel 8K?
2. [Section 14-309 and 14-310] Soils work was forwarded to the Health Department on 10/29/14. I will let you
know as soon I receive any information from them.
3. [Section 14-316] Please provide evidence of VDOT approval of the entrances.

I have reviewed the driveway location in the field for the Holden Property and find that the new 30' private access
easement and driveway location will meet the minimum specifications for a private entrance and is approved for use. If
