Re: Letter of Revision for Old Trail Village Block 11 Final Site Plan -- SDP 201200009 — Minor Amendment #1 SDP 201200055 — Minor Amendment # 2 SDP 201300016 This letter of revision requests the following revisions to Sheet No. 1 and Sheet No. 2 of the minor site plan amendment (SDP 201200055) prepared by Collins Engineering: • Revise the parking provisions under the General Notes section on Sheet 1 to require 72 parking spaces as this letter of revision proposes to eliminate the 1,000 square feet of office space proposed. • Delete the note in the General Notes section on Sheet 1 that reads "Non - Residential Use: Unit 22 shall include 1000 sf of office space." • Delete the employee maximum provision under the General Notes section on Sheet 1. • Revise the Block 11 row in the development chart on Sheet 2. These revisions eliminate the office square footage but also update other figures in the row as it appears that this chart was not updated during the minor amendment (SDP201200055) process as the approved chart doesn't match the approved uses listed on the cover sheet. • Revise the parking analysis chart on Sheet 2 to eliminate parking associated with office space, add single family detached parking, and revise the parking required and provided numbers to reflect those as shown on the approved cover sheet.
