Comments have been addressed as follows: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan 1. Michael Ball has initialed the acreages on the registration statement as requested. 2. The person responsible for the pollution prevention plan has been added to the SWPP. 3. The SWPP exhibit plan sheet has been updated. 4. Section 8 includes the people that will be performing the inspection. 5. The frequency has been updated on the application for the inspections. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 1. On Sheet 2, note 19 has been updated to match the SWPP report, inspections every 4 business days and after major rain events. 2. The silt fence drop inlet detail was replaced by(2)details on sheet 2 to handle the protection of the drop inlet without curb and gutter and with curb and gutter. 3. The concrete wash-out area has been moved on sheet 3 and 4 to the staging area. 4. Blanket matting has been added to the steep slopes toward the top of the site and around the basin. A recent field investigation was performed to determine the locations that the BM was needed. 5. The(2)lagoons have been included in the plan set. The plans call for installing a rip rap outfall for the lagoons so that they will drain over time and can been monitored and cleaned out on a regular basis. A note to this was added on the plans as well. 6. Additional Stabilization measures have been added to the basins, including SCC for the diversions to the basins, BM on the slopes around the basins,and a riprap emergency spillway. 7. The diversion on the northwest of Basin 2 has been added to the plans. 8. The walls and grading on the south side of the basin have been updated to reflect the current(completed) grading and wall design. The walls and grading on the north side are not completed(there is still fill to be added in this area). 9. The spillway of Basin 1A has been added to the plan. 10. The spillway on Basin 1A has been updated to be a riprap spillway. 11. The diversion on the south side of Basin 1A and on the northside has been modified to include lined SCC. A detail was also added to the plans. 12. The gabion dam in the retention pond was updated on sheet 5 to show a foundation and keying the baskets into the bottom and sides of the pond. 13. The details on the forebay on sheet 5 have been updated. 14. The details on sheet 5 have been updated to be to a specified scale. 15.
