Perez, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: December 9, 2015 Subject: SUB201500208 Rivanna Community Church - Easement The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the easement plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(A)2] Vicinity map. Provide a vicinity map at a scale of one (1) inch equal to two thousand (2,000) feet showing the property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets. 2. [14- 302(A)3] Existing or platted streets. Provide the width of Earlysville Road (SR 743) and Earlysville Forest Drive (SR 660). 3. [14- 302(B)7] Reservoir watershed. Provide the following note: "This site lies within an Albemarle County Water Supply Watershed (Chris Green Lake Water Supply Watershed). " 4. [14- 302(B)7] Agricultural- Forestal District. Provide the following note: "This site does not lie within an agriculral forestal district. " 5. [14- 302B(5)] Zoning classification. On sheet 1 the magisterial district is labeled as Rivanna Magisterial District; however, it is truly Whitehall Magisterial District. Please revise. 6. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Under the owner signature lines provide a signature panel for the "Agent for the Board of Supervisors ". This will be used by the Subdivision Agent to approve the plat. 7. [14- 302(B)(1)] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the last revision on the plat. 8. [Engineering comment on the plat] No objection to this easement plat. However, this plat only partially addresses the drainage easement concerns for the water protection project #WP0201500051. Please contact Christopher P.
