Matching the older existing curb and duct configuration is driving the requirement for the adapter which is resulting in the overall height increase. Shifting the unit is not feasible due to building structural concerns, also the screen wall around the equipment on this part of the building would prevent lateral movement of the equipment. 2) The roof is flat black EPDM. The parapet or screen wall is grey, the equipment will be painted to match so that roof outline is uninterrupted. Do we need to resubmit the paperwork with this information? Thank you again for your help and I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving! Laura McLernon ,"- Service Project Administrator 427/2410141/4. A few things: 1. The Entrance Corridor guidelines state that mechanical equipment should be located to eliminate visibility from the Entrance Corridor. Can the equipment be shifted to further reduce visibility? If not, please indicate what other locations have been considered and why they are not workable. Have you looked for a shorter unit? 2. What color is the parapet? What color is the roof? Based on your illustration, it looks like equipment is seen rising above the roof—not the parapet. Am I reading the illustration correctly? Thanks for your help. The gentleman at the front desk gave me your card and said he would put the application in your box. I am new to the area and I have never been through this review process. I am hoping I provided all of the necessary paperwork. Would you be able to tell me what the time frame is for the review? Thank you for your time!
