The County can sign this plat with the following changes. Please let me know if you have any questions. ✓!. Section 14-302(A)(9) Please add a note that states"Parcel 11 and Parcel 11A each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." Section 14-302(A)(10) Please add a note that states"Development rights are not affected by this plat." 3 Section 14-302(B)(5) Please note that both parcels are also zoned "Flood Hazard Overlay District." Section 14-302(B)(7) Please note that both parcels lie in the "South Fork Rivanna Reservoir water supply / watershed." Please also add a note that neither parcel lies in an agricultural-forestal district. 4 Section 14-302(B)(9) Please show the floodplain area. Is this area currently identified on the plat as "preservation area?" 4 Section 14-302(B)(10) Please show the stream buffers and add a note that states"The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
