The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
Planning
1. [Comment] Please update the plat to reflect the recordation of the plats for Block 12 and Block 15, including
details of the right -of -way, area summaries, ACSA easements, etc.
2. [Section 14- 302(A)(9)] On Sheet 1, please add a note to indicate that each lot contains a building site that
complies with Section 4.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
3. [Section 14- 302(B)(8) /Table 7 on page 31 of the C.O.D.] On Sheet 1, please revise the side setback to show 10
feet.

ACSA
1. [Comment] The ACSA has not yet received construction plans for review and approval in Block 31. The ACSA
is unable to provide comments on the final plat until construction plans have been approved by the ACSA.
